Most dedicated. Most committed.
Armond quickly became a premier representation of fitness in the State of Michigan. He is the Co-Founder of Networkingout, LLC., the Networkingout Foundation, and the Co-Creator of the Run This Town (RTT) fitness movement. The RTT fitness movement has spread from Detroit to Chicago, Kalamazoo, Ann Arbor, Eastern Michigan University, and Washington D.C. This program has been responsible for making Detroit (and abroad) a healthier, more active place, recording over 300 free fitness sessions since its start in May 2012.
Most recently, Armond has founded ArmondRashad.com, a way for companies and organizations to contract Armond to assist their workforce in getting healthier, and more active. Armond has worked with Quicken Loans, Western Michigan University, the Detroit Piston’s organization, and Triumph Church, to name a few.
